Built a Bordeaux-heavy cellar from scratch for a collector couple in the historic district. Twelve months, five sourcing trips, zero overlap.
Designed a five-course wine pairing for 80 guests at the Savannah Convention Center. Sourced a 2005 Château Margaux for the keynote.
Located and authenticated a pristine bottle through a London broker. Delivered in temperature-controlled transit within 72 hours.
